An excellent product, I must say. the first time when I opened the package, it was like a round shaped blue box, perfectly designed and when I opened the lid, I couldn't believe my eyes, it's going to be the most beautiful watch I've ever seen and gifted. So very elegant, and I kept on gazing and dreaming as how my mom will react and I know she'll be the most happiest and would love wearing it. I know my sis would be jealous cz her watch isn't that great looking when compared to this one.
Final - Excellent product for such a good price, Excellent packaging, I LOVE YOU MOM and I love you AMAZON. ;)

I love this watch. I had previously bought it from jewelery store for twice the money. I lost it and couldn't find it. I could now longer find it at the jewelery store, so I checked Amazon and you had it, for half the price too. I get many compliments on this watch.

Watch arrived in good order and on time. It was a little smaller than my mind's eye thought, but it was accurately sized in the item description. My wife liked it and as it was gift for our 15th anniversary it worked out quite well as watches and crystal are traditional gift categories for that milestone. Seems to be holding up well after 6 months, so no complaints.

I buy nothing but Citizen Eco-Drive watches because I detest having to constantly replace batteries. This one is really pretty. I ended up not keeping it just because it was a little dressier than I was anticipating. I needed a little more casual watch.
